Every project in the collective shows its status, the technologies it uses and whether it is looking for contributors. Some are well under way; others are ideas waiting for someone to push them forward.
Your first contribution
We label as good first issue the tasks meant for newcomers: well scoped, clearly explained, and with someone in the collective ready to help with the review. It is the best way in, however much or little you know.
Our technology radar
We share which technologies we use, which we are trying out and which we have left behind, and why. It is how we stay transparent about technical decisions and learn in public.
How we work in the open
Important decisions are discussed in issues, not in private.
Every change goes through review, ours included.
We treat every contributor with the same respect, whether it is their first commit or their thousandth.
